This is a school to support those on a path to live more mindfully.

As adults who love and work with children we want to be our best selves. We want to show up fully and be present to the to the relationship we are co-creating. However, without the self care tools, we can end up with an empty cup, and fall short of our truest intention.

If you are a parent (grandparents too!), an educator, a therapist, a nurse, etc. you will find mindfulness tools can help ground and support you. When you take time to care for yourself, you will have more to offer those you love and care for.

Children can learn mindfulness both directly and indirectly from the adults in their lives. If you practice mindfulness you can teach children mindfulness by example. In addition, if you are grounded in your own mindfulness practice you will be better equipped to teach mindfulness skills to the children in your life.

Our lives were not designed to run smoothly. I believe part of the human journey is to find our way and keep an open heart even when life gets challenging. Mindfulness is more than a tool that can support us on this journey. It is like a good friend, always there, compassionately listening, allowing you to be your authentic self.
